Please make sure you are on time with each of your payments! If not, your child will not be able to attend class until you pay your balance. If you and your child decide to discontinue dance, you must notify me in advance. IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY ME BEFORE THE NEXT PAY PERIOD, THEN YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT MONTH. There will be NO refunds. In the second semester of dance (January – May) you are allowed 5 unexcused absences. If sick, it is REQUIRED to bring me a doctors note. Once you have exceeded those absences, you will have to pay for an $60 hour private for each additional day missed. This includes arriving to class on time, being dressed in required attire, and behaving properly. Evolve Dance Studio reserves the right to deny admission of your child if any of the above conditions are not met.
